Bioremediation Products

BiiRAPID HS - Soil Solution
Targeting hydrocarbon-contaminated soil, BiiRAPID HS rapidly reduces the Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) concentrations in the soil, which usually result from the spillage of petroleum based fuels, oils, lubricants or grease, to below that required by government environmental regulatory standards. It has proven to be effective even for heavily hydrocarbon-contaminated soil.
BiiRAPID HW – Water Solution
BiiRAPID HW has been specifically designed to rapidly reduce high levels of hydrocarbon contaminants in water that are difficult to bioremediate, such as phenol, found in industrial waste-water streams, to that required by government environmental regulatory standards. BiiRAPID HW has been found to be effective even in heavily hydrocarbon-contaminated waste-water streams.

Bio Hydraulic Oils (ISO 46 and 68)
Formulated for peak hydraulic system efficiency under Australian conditions, BRD’s Bio Hydraulic Oils display good oxidation and corrosion resistance as well as the desired level of wear protection, while still maintaining good low temperature flow, enabling them to deliver protection at start up and deliver long service life. Currently available in ISO 46 and ISO 68 viscosity grades, our biodegradable Bio Hydraulic Oils are the perfect blend of performance coupled with biodegradability and sustainability to reduce their impact on our environment.
Bio Rock Drill Oils (ISO 100 and 320)
BRD’s Bio Rock Drill Oils are engineered to perform under the demanding environments experienced by pneumatic or hydraulically powered rock drilling machines, jack hammers and pavement breakers. These Bio Rock Drill Oils deliver effective wear protection and lubrication over the wide temperature range experienced in Australia, and their performance has been proven through extensive field trials. Formulated for biodegradability and sustainability, the environmental impact of these lubricants is significantly reduced.
Bio Concrete Mould Release
Performance meets environmental responsibility. Designed for ease of separation of concrete from the formwork used in pre-cast and in-situ concrete construction, our Bio Concrete Mould Release ensures a first class finish, preventing discolouration or staining, blistering, porosity and “break-out” appearing on the cement surface, which is especially of concern for “A rated” decorative concrete. Successfully tested in the field, BRD’s Bio Concrete Mould Release assures rapid concrete release without residue or build-up, all while keeping the planet in mind by offering both biodegradability and sustainability in the one product.
Bio Chainsaw Lubricant (Chain & Bar Lube; ISO 120)
Designed to ensure smooth and reliable chainsaw operation, our Bio Chainsaw Lubricant provides optimal performance coupled with biodegradability and sustainability. Lubricating the chain, bar and sprocket, it contains additives to reduce friction and wear, and to prevent pitch formation on the bar and chain. Tackifier chemistry prevents throw or fling-off, enabling protection against wear, while still maintaining “free flowing” properties such that the oil may easily be pumped by the system, whether manual or automatic, to maintain adequate lubrication.
